BITTEN Season 2 Episode 3 – SPOILERS

Savannah (Kiara Glasco) before (below) and after her kidnapping. She must have brought a change of clothes.
NICK: “It’s not your fault. That guy, that thing, he did all of this.”
PAIGE: “How do you know? You just met us. You don’t know anything about us.”
NICK: “You risked your life to save your friend. That tells me all that I need to know.”
Much happens in this episode, but little is resolved.

Malcolm (James McGowan) and Bridget (Angela Besharah). This is the final episode
for both characters
The young witch Savannah Levine (Kiara Glasco) who lives with Paige Winterbourne is kidnapped by a man with witch-like powers who demands Malcolm Danvers as the price for her release. The witches take Malcolm from Stonehaven, where he is about to be executed, and Bridget Bishop (another witch we haven’t seen before, played by Angela Besharah), is assigned to guard him.
Elena and Clay dispose of the body of the Spanish pack leader killed last episode. The witches and wolves form an alliance to use Malcolm to retrieve Savannah without actually giving him up, because the Alpha Council has threatened to take over Jeremy’s pack if he doesn’t surrender Malcolm to them.

Paige casts a spell that flamelessly changes Bridget’s body into ash, which is seen here rising from her shroud.
Turns out the name of Savannah’s kidnapper is Aleister (played by Sean Rogerson) and he shows up at the meeting place and attempts to take Malcolm without living up to his part of the bargain. He brings along a bunch of pain-immune humans to use as cannon-fodder to distract the wolves. Most of the humans are killed, but one is captured. Melanie (Tsu-Ching Yu) tells the wolves nothing and at the first opportunity kills herself to prevent more effective interrogation by the witches. Elena kills Malcolm in hand-to-hand combat and is then captured by Aleister. She wakes on a table in restraints, in much the same way that Rachel (Genelle Williams) did toward the end of the previous episode.
Bridget is killed by Aleister. Later, in a the episode’s best scene, this exchange between Paige (Tommie-Amber Pirie) and Nick (Stephen Lund) illustrates the differences between werewolves and witches:
NICK: “You did everything you could. You will have your revenge.”
PAIGE: “Revenge? We’re not brutes like you. We use our magic
only to do good. To defend ourselves.”
NICK: “Not anymore.”
PAIGE: “It’s just that I thought this would be the end. That Savannah
would be home. That Bridget would be alive.”
NICK: “We will get Savannah, and Elena, and Logan. And we’ll make him
pay for what he did to Bridget.”
James McGowan (Malcolm) will be Spencer Goode in Jeremy LaLonnde‘s next feature HOW TO PLAN AN ORGY IN A SMALL TOWN, which is due out next year.
Tammy Isbell (Ruth) will be Holly in the horror film VORACIOUS, to be released in the US on Halloween. Peter Outerbridge (ORPHAN BLACK’s Henrik Johanssen) is also in the cast.
Angela Besharah (Bridget) was Jobina (the one who helps Lauren deliver Sylvie’s baby) in the LOST GIRL episode Caged Fae. (Tommie-Amber Pirie was Sylvie). The tweet below might indicate that Besharah is somwhow involved with the Meghan Heffern film FLUNG, now in production.
And we're off!!! Beauty morning with the #Flung cast & crew @FlungTheMovie #CdnFilm https://t.co/fvydStWC4D
