VAN HELSING – Season 3 Episode 9 – SPOILERS
Black Tek administrator Caitlin (Enid Raye-Adams) has Joline arrested for spreading the truth about the side effects of vampire repellent. She wants Doc to make the repellent work better.
CAITLIN: “It took our best people months to discover the link between Black Tech’s repellent and the outbreak. You did it in 48 hours.”
DOC: “Maybe they’re not your best people.”
CAITLIN: “We want to take this country back. Make it great again. Make it safe. Bottom line, we need you.”

The important thing is that Doc ran The Dark One‘s blood through the gene sequencer, and we learn from Caitlin (before she dies) that Black Tek (the company that employed both Caitlin and the late Dr. Harrison) has tendrils extending far beyond Denver.
