Apparently WAREHOUSE 13 used the latest episode to indulge all sorts of fantasy requests. As evidence for this, I offer the following:
- Hand to hand fighting between Amy Acker and Joanne Kelly was featured.
- A shirtless Eddie McClintock got to flex his abs a lot.
- Agent Jinx got to zap several priests in the Vatican basement.
FANTASY THE FIRST – Amy Acker (who some years ago was one of the few good things about the Buffy spinoff series ANGEL) plays Myka’s sister, who lives in Colorado Springs and runs into an artifact that for some reason makes her attack Mika. They wrestle. Myka subdues her and ties her to a crib.
FANTASY THE SECOND – Pete (Eddie McClintock) rescues his ex-wife from a tattoo by transferring it to his own skin. He has to call Myka to help him figure out how to get rid of it by transferring it back to the leather box from which it came. Meanwhile, Pete is shirtless, glowing, and sweaty, and flexes his abs a lot. NOTE: Pete’s glow was apparently a radioactive one as he set off radiation detectors. If his skin was that radioactive for perhaps half an hour it seems likely he would need treatment for radiation poisoning after removing the tattoo.
FANTASY THE BEST – The best of all is Agent Jinks (Aaron Ashmore) getting to zap several priests in the Vatican basement. Jinks is gay, and I think there are quite a few gay folks who might derive vicarious satisfaction from watching this.
