Zoey Deutch (of RINGER) posted this photo (below right) of her and her cat (whose name is not specified) on Twitter. (@ZoeyDeutch). Also here is a picture of her mother, Lea Thompson, with the Caroline Duffy’s cat Salty from CAROLINE IN THE CITY. The cat was one of a pair named salt and pepper, but pepper either died or ran away (I forget which) and Caroline decided that having a lone cat named Salt didn’t work, so she added the y at the end. Caroline is one of my all-time favourite TV characters. Also, Thompson was Beverly Switzler in the 1986 film HOWARD THE DUCK, my absolute favourite film ever to be made from a MARVEL comic, and which, unlike Caroline in the City, can be streamed on Netflix
